1. About these terms
These draft terms govern use of the public Planofam marketing website. They do not govern a mobile-app account, paid subscription, or household workspace because those services are not yet available. Separate app terms will be presented before app use.
2. Website purpose
The website explains Planofam’s planned product direction, recruits private-beta households, and provides a general contact channel. Product mockups are illustrative and may change before release.
3. Private-beta applications
- Applying does not guarantee selection or create a mobile-app account.
- The private beta is planned to be free and invitation-based.
- We may recruit in stages to create a varied, supportable test group.
- Selected participants will receive separate beta information and any terms required before testing.
4. Accurate and appropriate submissions
Submit information that is accurate and that you are authorised to share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, malicious, or sensitive household content. Do not attempt to bypass form protections or interfere with the website.
5. Intellectual property
Planofam’s name, original branding, website copy, layouts, and product mockups are owned by or licensed to the Planofam project operator. You may view and share links to the public site, but may not copy or republish substantial parts as your own product or brand.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily send product ideas or feedback, you allow the Planofam project to use that feedback to improve the product without an obligation to pay or implement it. This does not transfer ownership of your private household information, which you should not submit through the public forms.
7. Availability and changes
The website and product roadmap may change, pause, or be withdrawn. We aim to keep public information accurate but do not promise uninterrupted website availability, a specific beta date, a final feature set, or future pricing.
8. Links and third-party services
The site may link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.
9. Responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis and is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and contact
We may block abusive submissions or access that threatens the website or others. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. These terms will be reviewed before the public launch and updated when the mobile beta begins.
