1. Scope of this notice
This draft notice covers the public Planofam website, its private-beta application form, and its contact form. The native Planofam mobile app is not yet available and will receive a separate, fuller privacy notice before accounts or household data are collected.
2. Who is responsible
The Planofam project operator is responsible for the information collected through this website. Until a formal business contact address is published, privacy enquiries can be sent through the contact form by choosing “Privacy or data request”.
3. Information we collect
- Beta applications: email address, privacy consent version and time, plus any optional first name, country, household-size band, broad coordination challenge, beta interest, and referral source.
- Contact messages: name, email address, category, message, status, and submission time.
- Abuse protection: form name, a short abuse reason such as honeypot or oversized request, and time. The abuse record does not contain the submitted message.
- Necessary hosting data: our infrastructure providers may process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the website.
4. Please do not submit sensitive information
The public forms are not designed for sensitive household content. Do not submit children’s names or exact ages, schedules, locations, medical or financial information, passwords, documents, or details of private family disputes.
5. Why we use this information
- To review and contact potential private-beta households.
- To answer product, privacy, media, partnership, and other general enquiries.
- To keep form submissions safe, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery.
- To understand broad beta-group needs without collecting private family content.
6. Consent and choices
A beta application requires active consent to store the application and contact you about the beta. Optional questions may be left blank. You may withdraw your beta consent or request deletion at any time through the contact form.
7. Sharing and processors
Website form data is intended for authorised Planofam operators only. We use service providers to host the website and database. They may process data only to provide and secure those services. We do not sell form data or use it for targeted advertising.
8. Retention
- Beta applications: reviewed during beta recruitment and deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after recruitment closes, unless you join a later programme under a new notice or ask us to delete sooner.
- Contact messages: kept while the enquiry is handled and ordinarily deleted within 12 months after resolution.
- Form abuse events: ordinarily kept for up to 90 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate active abuse or meet a legal obligation.
9. Security and international processing
We use access restrictions, encrypted transport, validation, and data minimisation appropriate to this early website. Internet services cannot promise absolute security. Hosting providers may process data in other countries subject to their safeguards and applicable data-protection requirements.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing and to withdraw consent. Submit a request through the contact form using the email address connected to your information. We may need to verify the request without asking for unnecessary sensitive data.
11. Children
This website is directed to adults evaluating the product. Children should not submit either public form. A guardian may describe broad household needs without sharing identifying details about a child.
12. Changes and contact
